Chase Carpenter is the co-founder and CEO of Carpenter Gandhi, PLLC, a Tampa law firm dedicated to providing its business clients with legal services and advice to help them develop and grow their businesses and avoid or address legal issues. Chase has helped clients across an array of industries, from contractors to software developers, to real estate investors and businesses in the healthcare technology field, working to connect their team of backroom professionals – accountants, insurance agents, lawyers, and other trusted professionals – to focus the direction of the business towards achieving their goals. His clients are the experts in their field, but they may face challenges aligning the strategies and tactics of these backroom of professionals. Chase’s approach is to provide clients with holistic advice to help them attain their unique business goals.
Chase grew up in South Charleston, West Virginia. He is a graduate of West Virginia University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in English and Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. At WVU, Chase earned the honor of becoming a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Tau Delta, and Beta Gamma Sigma. He went on to attend the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. After graduation from the University of Florida, he took a position as the Associate General Counsel at a large managed healthcare company based in Tampa, Florida. He then left to join a litigation-based practice before opening his own law firm in 2012. Beginning with just one client and a partner, his firm has grown to have multiple attorneys and over 100 clients with diverse needs. Currently, he leads the firm’s business consulting and litigation practice and is the firm’s CEO.
