Elizabeth Mangini possesses over 20 years of leadership experience. She has extensive expertise in all aspects of executive coaching and displays cutting-edge leadership skills, as well as, vast human resources management and organizational development planning experience for multimillion-dollar global operations.
Elizabeth specializes in executive coaching, organizational development, meeting facilitation, and customized training curriculum design and delivery for leaders. Her unique ability to facilitate strategic conversations has helped her diverse clientele formulate and implement successful leadership goals and development strategies.
Elizabeth’s expertise is in executive level professional development including assessments, interviews, one-on-one and group sessions to create and improve clients’ professional positioning in corporate, commercial, federal government, and for-profit organizations.
In her previous career at the Department of State, Foreign Service, Elizabeth collaborated with senior diplomatic personnel in overseas (Central America, South America, Middle East, and Southeast Asia) and domestic assignments (Washington, DC). And as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Foreign Service, Elizabeth worked to collaboratively develop the written qualifications evaluation panel and oral core competency assessments of candidates for Foreign Service Specialist positions globally.
She has a BA from Montclair State University, NJ. She has a Masters in Management Science (organizational behavior) with Honors from the University of Texas, Dallas. She is a graduate of the Executive Coaching Program at the University of Texas and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Elizabeth has been awarded three meritorious honor awards for her diplomatic work overseas and domestically including special mention for her efforts in trade relations with Central America.
