Jeff Kays is a 25-year veteran of the telecommunications and information technology industries, Jeff has helped start-up and early stage growth companies consistently exceed their revenue, productivity, profitability, and valuation objectives. He is able to leverage his experience as an executive coach, senior executive and entrepreneur in order to collaborate with business leaders in identifying and effectively addressing the objectives, opportunities and obstacles critical to achieving enduring success.

Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri. He is a graduate of the Executive Coaching Program at the University of Texas, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach.
