Michael is recognized with leading profitable growth and market share penetration strategies for public, private-equity and family- owned companies. Career depth includes: business development, strategic planning, sales function best practice development, leadership in acquisitions/divestitures/alliances teams, and brand management.
A former Honeywell senior executive, Michael was instrumental in leading profitably growth in their Defense and Space Businesses as well as supporting Honeywell in the spin-off of portions of its defense business. Michael held senior leadership positions in ATK, Belcan Engineering, Astronautics Corporation, Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon’s Underseas Systems Businesses.
Michael has an MBA from Mankato State University and a BSBA degree from the University of Minnesota. Michael is six-sigma certified and has graduated from numerous executive development programs including MIT’s International Policy and Stanford University and University of Singapore’s international business management.
