Ms. Carey is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading and implementing strategic communications, planning, branding, marketing, policy and research activities for government, non-profit, and for-profit agencies. She specializes in health and benefits communications. Her private sector experience includes strategic business plan development, marketing and communications activities for new and emerging companies to build capital investment, and stakeholder engagement. She is a Vice President at Dynamic Integrated Services, a service disabled veteran owned small business specializing in government management and advisory services. Previous experience includes serving as the Chief of Staff to Queen Noor of Jordan and the Executive Director of the King Hussein Foundation International; CEO of The Arthritis Foundation, Metropolitan Washington Chapter, as well as Vice President at Duty First Consulting. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College, Master’s Degree from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs, SUNY Albany, and a Certificate in Women and Public Policy from the Center for Women in Government.
