Andrew is the founder of Middle Market Advisory LLC based in Dallas, Texas.  He has had deep leadership experience throughout his career in corporate financial and operational management roles, both domestic and international, while based in New York City, Mexico City, and Dallas.  Andrew has advised businesses in a multitude of industries including software as a service, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, professional services, retail, and agriculture.  He is a long time professional advisor to companies in M&A advisory services gained at KPMG, in M&A investment banking in Latin America, and seated roles as a CFO and COO in both the US and in Mexico.  With over 25 years of experience, Andrew has a track record of success in maximizing real world efficiency and productivity in multiple industries in the US and Latin America, with 13 years in-country in Mexico, including in the family owned, private, and nonprofit arenas.

With proven ability to improve operations and cash flow and extensive experience in Global Business, International Financial Management, Executive / Business C-Level Leadership, and Strategic Alignment Andrew brings a wealth of proven experience to assist clients in executing on successful Acquisitions or Exits.  In South America Andrew worked on M&A transactions as diverse as billion dollar power plants, financial services, retail, real estate, agriculture, education, manufacturing and automotive. As a CFO he worked in the manufacturing, franchising, services, and retail industries.

Andrew is also an in-demand speaker at industry events and seminars, having shared his expertise at the 2018 Cloud Services Business Leadership Forum as well as the Association of Chartered Accountants and most recently at the Dallas Bar Association’s International Section. Andrew served on the Advisory Board at The American Society in Mexico and currently serves on the Board of the Dallas Business Club. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an M.B.A. in Finance, International Business, and Information Technology from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by New York State. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
