Dan Raulerson

Dan Raulerson is a CPA.  He is an experienced business, political and community leader.  He brings a strong background in finance, accounting and software development to the Cortland team.  His accounting firm also specializes in helping clients Cortland’s clients with Valuation Analysis.

Dan is a graduate of Florida State University and is a licensed CPA.  His firm, Raulerson, Castillo & Company, is a full service public accounting and business consulting enterprise located in Plant City and Brandon. 

Dan has served as Mayor of Plant City, City Commissioner, Chairman of the Public Transportation Commission of Hillsborough County and on the advisory board for Platinum Bank.  Dan was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2012 and served as Majority Deputy Whip.  He is active in the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, United Food Bank, Sigma Chi, and the Plant City Gourmet and Viniculture Society.  Dan enjoys public speaking, reading, cooking, skiing and playing guitar.

Raulerson, a Florida native, was born in Jacksonville and raised in Brandon.  He has been married to Shirley for 31 years, and together they have two children.
