Erin C. Cluff is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer Chief Operating Officer of SOAR BEYOND, LLC, a woman/disabled veteran-owned consulting firm with expertise in logistics operations, supply chain management, evolving green energy technologies, unmanned aviation, intelligence operations, international threat analysis, strategic business development, and corporate leadership training. Erin joined Cortland Advisors in 2021.

In addition to her work with SOAR BEYOND, Erin is a Principal at the consulting firm Deep Water Point in

Annapolis, Maryland. She recently concluded a highly successful 24-year career in the United States Air Force, where she led large-scale, diverse organizations across the globe, earning a reputation as a motivational leader and decisive change agent focused on delivering innovative solutions to complex and rapidly evolving challenges. In her last assignment in the Air Force, Erin led a 3000-member team providing all aspects of support functions to a joint US Army / US Air Force installation including security; cyber and communications; logistics; engineering and infrastructure; personnel and services. A highly trained logistician, Erin has tactical, operational and strategic planning and execution experience, joint expertise as well as

acquisition logistics and enterprise-level readiness and sustainment proficiency. Her expertise in evaluating operational objectives and timelines with clear translation into personnel, equipment and budget requirements for large, diverse enterprises provides clients with unmatched support.

She and her husband Brigadier General (Retired) James “Cliffy” Cluff have four children and call Big Sky, Montana home. In their spare time they enjoy skiing, hiking, camping and their two dogs – Skye (Golden Retriever) and McKinley (Siberian Husky). They are actively involved in community non-profit organizations such as the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce, Prospera Women’s Business Network, Big Sky Community Housing Trust and Saint Joseph’s Mission at Big Sky Catholic church.
