Greg Schaub is a demonstrated senior Finance executive, utilizing an analytical and innovative approach to achieving long-term financial growth, profitability, and operational soundness.  With over 20 years of experience, serving Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Civilian Agencies, Commercial, and international customers, Greg has implemented strategies to improve systems, processes, controls, and key business metrics that enhanced the overall effectiveness of the firm while meeting growth targets.

 

Greg has been a key financial leader for companies ranging from $30 million in revenue to $3 billion, including CSRA (now GDIT), Constellis, PlanetRisk, Culmen International, and Hensoldt. His duties have ranged from running the finance and accounting organization, supporting M&A activities, developing the company forecast and budgets, overseeing contracts management, creating pricing strategies, managing the company risk management plan, maintaining cash and banking relations, and administering finance policies and procedures. 

 

In the past six years, Greg has facilitated four acquisitions and numerous acquisition evaluations. His duties included managing the due diligence process, creating forecasts and financial analysis, providing preliminary valuations, supporting the CIM and management presentations. Most recently, as CFO for Hensoldt Inc., he managed the sale of the company through a stock purchase agreement and the spinoff of a division into a new entity. 

 

Greg holds a B.B.A. degree in finance from James Madison University, an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, and a M.S. in Finance from Auburn University. He is an alumnus of the CFO Rising program, a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma international honor society, and a member of the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association.
