Reshma Moorthy is a seasoned technology executive and growth leader with nearly two decades of experience driving business transformation, building strategic partnerships, and delivering technology solutions across federal and commercial markets. As President & CEO of Frontier Technologies, a cybersecurity-focused technology solutions integrator, Reshma leads the company’s strategy, operations, partnerships, and market expansion, with a particular focus on helping clients translate complex technology into meaningful business value.

Under Reshma’s leadership, Frontier Technologies has grown its annual revenue from approximately $5 million in 2019 to $10 million, while expanding its federal pipeline by 50% and increasing recurring business by 20%. She has helped position the company for major federal opportunities and strengthened its relationships across the Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. Her leadership has also expanded Frontier’s IBM ecosystem, cybersecurity capabilities, and readiness for highly regulated environments through CMMC Level 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 certifications.

In addition to her leadership at Frontier Technologies, Reshma serves as President of Frontier SGS 360, an independently operated staffing and workforce solutions company that has grown to approximately $20 million in annual revenue. She is also the Founder, Creator, and Host of Tipsy Technologists, an executive thought-leadership platform focused on technology, leadership, transformation, and business growth.

Reshma is a passionate advocate for supplier diversity, women in technology, and community engagement. She is an incoming Board Member of the AFCEA Philadelphia Chapter and has been recognized with honors including the EMSDC MBE Advocate of the Year, EMSDC Supplier of the Year, Philadelphia Business Journal Rising Star Minority Business Leader, and Enterprising Woman of the Year. She holds a B.S. in Biology & Health Sciences from Saint Joseph’s University and has completed executive management and business strategy programs at Tuck School of Business and Kellogg School of Management.
